Wildflowers Bed & Breakfast

Jeri and Cill don't stint on breakfast. This is their favorite part of the day, and they plan to spoil you as well as themselves. They've written their own cookbook, which is in its second edition. (It’s actually out of print at the moment.) Gourmet is the word here, and inventiveness. Breakfasts include the house special—homemade Tyropitakia, (cheese tarts), deviled eggs, grilled tomato with parmesan cheese, cornbread. Other favorites include cornmeal pancakes with black beans and salsa verde, strata, raised waffles with fresh strawberries, blueberries and slivered almonds, a heavenly baked spinach and egg dish, and blueberry-stuffed French toast. Anyone can order a simple scrambled egg, à la Julia Child.
